Vapiano Miami

International pasta chain, where you queue and order your pasta or pizza which is made in front of you to order. This one is in what I think is Miami's financial district. That is, there wasn't much else in the area as they seem to occupy what is best described as the ground floor of a financial companies sky scraper. It's reminds me of London's Canary Wharf. The streets in the neighbourhood were virtually empty, and it seems they were all in Vapiano as it was the only place with any human activity in the area. The service here was the fastest of any Vapiano I have been to and the meal was perfect, just how I wanted it.
