Yes so the views are stunning without having to go in a helicopter. Pick the right time and the place is very quiet which is a big bonus. Then again, there is plenty of space to move around even when it's busy. Not many people seem to realize that you can stay as long as you like and instead think it's just hour long slots - so people tend to leave. But I recommend staying longer and watching the sunset. If you go around the you get all the bonuses of seeing London during the daytime, at twilight with the purple orange sky, then in the evening with all the other skyscrapers of the city with the twinkling office lights. Remember that The Monument just across the river also offers stunning views for just £5.
