International pasta chain, where you queue and order your pasta or pizza which is made in front of you to order. Having been to Vapiano in virtually every country they operate, it's highly recognizable and worth the trip to la Défense on it's own. The service here was notably slower than in other countries I've experienced, but also the first place where I've found them sell Risotto - which I had and was delicious. The staff can speak English but you have to be clear. I noticed that a lot of the people here were unusually picky about every ingredient they had in their meals, when I was used to most people just picking from the standard stock menu. Read more...
