Bocca Restaurant

Bocca Restaurant

Easy and convenient. A mini food court that can make a bunch of stuff to order. It's one of those places with mini food kiosks in side that sells different menus. I tried the italian pasta once since it has the most scope for customisation. Read more...

Tibits

Tibits

Love this place, there is something for everyone, it's central, quick instant satisfaction. It's kitted out like a nice romantic restaurant, but then has this food boat self-service deli style. Just walk in and grab a free table, then get a hot plate and choose what you want from the food boat. Your plate is then weighed and then charged. A full plate large portion comes in at about £13. The great thing here is the choice. There is loads of options to choose from, the selection is changed all the time. So coming here week after week always promises something new, where as other restaurants stay the same old same old for months on end. Considering how central it is, it's great to walk in and have a full delicious meal within 5 minutes. It's always very busy, but there is always a table somewhere around. Read more...

Wahaca: One New Change

Wahaca: One New Change

Inside the plush shopping precinct, this place is nice and quiet at the evenings and weekends. It's busier during the day when the office people are about. It's one of the nicer and smaller branches so the staff can give you much more attention here (like the Soho branch which is always crazy busy). There are lots of vegetarian options. Always checkout the specials as they change often. I usually get 2 or 3 dishes for myself. Read more...

The Breakfast Club

The Breakfast Club

Be prepared to queue during peak times, especially a weekend breakfast. Even getting there at Sunday lunchtime there is a queue 20 people deep. The quality of the food was nice, but I wish there was more choice. Other than a standard full English breakfast, a burger, and a burrito; something more mouth watering. As a vegetarian, I got a veggie burrito and a sausage as a side. It was a veggie sausage made out of some sort of patty, was a bit dry and flavorless so perhaps, the burrito was alright too, just needed a lot more spice. My friend had a burger which he said really delicious. Also, sit inside rather than outside - as it is a busy street geared up for cars. Apparently they don't have chips on weekends, but the potato wedges were better anyway. Read more...

Honest Burgers

Honest Burgers

Great service, and got promptly sat at a great table. As a vegetarian, there is one option which is the fritter - but it is delicious. Ask half chips/half salad and a pint to go with the burger and you'll be set. The dips (such as curry source) are not vegetarian as the waiter pointed out when I tried to order it. The burger is large and filling. The buns in particular are also really good, and they have gluten free if you prefer (£1 extra). Read more...
