Really friendly and helpful staff, it's expensive, but there are good finds to be found. The lighting department in particular is something dreams are made of, with those filamentous light bulbs in every size and shape imaginable. It's also home to the famous spiral stair case which is probably the most photographed set of stairs in London. If your in the area, you must see it.
