Vapiano, New York

Same menu, same crowd, same style as the rest of the world. This is why it stays popular. This seems to be one of the only ones in the US let alone New York. That said it's just like the ones in London.

It's not particular big considering how busy it is. It's located within the confines of a university campus hence it's full of young students which gives it a lively atmosphere, just like the ones in London which is also popular with students.

The menu itself also appears to be the same. What is noticeable is their attention to allow you to modify the ingredients in your meal.
